Switchin’ up the Breakfast Routine

Good morning!

It is another hot and humid day here in central Indiana, which makes me thankful that today I teach my spinning class and do not need to be running outside.

For breakfast this morning, I decided to switch it up and have a Thomas Light Multigrain English Muffin with half of a huge apple and a tablespoon of peanut butter.


It was delicious and filled me up.  Even though I went to bed at a fairly decent time last night I think I am going to have to have a cup of coffee from the Keurig to get me going!
