Indoor cycling classes are one of my favorite ways to incorporate high intensity interval training into my weekly routine. I started taking indoor cycling classes my freshman year of college. I love the classes so much due to their intensity, the ability for everyone to truly work at their own level, and the fact that these workouts make me sweat buckets. Taking the classes was no longer enough, and I began teaching indoor cycling after my senior year of college.
45 Minute Cycle Classes
Cycle Core: This is a class that incorporates strength training with indoor cycling intervals. It will really work up a good sweat!
