Good afternoon friends!
Today, is another sunny day here in Indianapolis, and I had a 3 mile run scheduled as part of my workout…and for some reason I just don’t feel like doing it. I would much rather save my energy for the class I am teaching tonight and the boot camp that I am going to take Brian through tonight. It doesn’t mean I don’t want to enjoy the weather…it just means I will run tomorrow…unless it is raining.
Lunch
Monday, I made some delicious homemade hummus and have been using it as my salad dressing. There are only two ingredients involved.
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (or other vinegar of choice)
Simply mix the two ingredients together and pour on top of your salad. Seriously, I have been obsessed with my lunch time salads this week because of this dressing!
Today’s salad was spinach, a radish, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, tuna and my hummus dressing. Satisfying and tasty.
Workout
The class I am teaching tonight is an hour long cardio/strength training mixture. It is called “Total Burn” so naturally, I want my participants to feel the “burn” during the session…think it will work?
I think it will be fun, and get the job done! Now, I am off to study some BodyPump!
